To assist even more companies in their journey, we are very happy to welcome Natascha Forster Jung to the team at Green Ducklings as Chief Commercial Officer.
Natascha leverages +12 years of experience from the WTG OEM side of offshore wind, having had several leadership positions at Vestas focused on international offshore bid management and sales support. Natascha holds significant competencies within global leadership, project management and client engagement. She has a proven track record in developing strategies, advising organizational change, and developing structure and processes in a changing and growing industry.
Some of Natascha’s key contributions from previous engagements are:
– Finding the right people to build a strong, international and diverse team, delivering results on time and on target
– Success in developing & executing on strategies for bidding into numerous offshore wind auctions in Europe, US and Asia
– Develop plans for long-term engagements for key strategic partnerships and Joint-Ventures
– Build and develop business processes and structures for complex project management and matrix organisations
– Retaining and motivating a team through M&A process including post-merger integration
At Green Ducklings, Natascha will, in her CCO capacity, strengthen Green Ducklings to become even more present in the market, improve our combined value offerings while also playing a key internal organizational integrator role. On top of this, Natascha will add further competencies from the WTG OEM side, understanding the needs and challenges they face.
