As a key step to roll out our vision for Green Ducklings, we are happy to welcome Adrian Bucica to the team at Green Ducklings as Senior Advisor.
Adrian leverages +20 years experience first within international management consulting and strategic leadership with Kearney and latest in Siemens Gamesa, where he spearheaded their offshore business unit’s Strategy and Balance of Plant Innovation team. Through this unique background Adrian will be contributing to Green Duckling’s client offering with a unique blend of razor-sharp consulting competencies and senior leadership experience in offshore wind.
Some of Adrian’s major contributions are;
• Leadership in Offshore Wind Strategy and Innovation (WTG OEM): Leadership of strategy development (As Head of Strategy, SGRE Offshore Wind, part of SGRE offshore core leadership team) including Innovation Team Management with special focus on floating offshore wind and Balance of Plant innovations.
• Vast industry experience spanning renewables, hereunder offshore wind, electric utilities, water desalination and transmission
• Project and Portfolio Management: Lead high priority projects and large transformations for leading global players including CAPEX effectiveness/Cost out and new market entry strategy development and implementations.
At Green Ducklings Adrian will lead strategic client engagements and further strengthen our management consulting service offerings.
